The wearing of Chakras have become very popular since people are becoming more on touch with yoga. Chakras are dated as far back as 1500 B.C. where it originated in India. They believed Chakras put in the correct places have healing powers. There are seven Chakra points Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root. Each of the seven gemstone are associated with each of these areas.
The 1st gemstone is Amethyst which represents the Crown Chakra. Placing the gemstone on the head. (awareness, intelligence and wisdom)
The 2nd gemstone is Lapis Lazuli which represents the Third Eye Chakra. Placing the gemstone between your eyebrow just above the bridge of your nose. (intuition, imagination and insight)
The 3rd gemstone is Turquoise which represents the Throat Chakra. Placing the gemstone on the throat. (communication, honesty and expression)
The 4th gemstone is Green Aventurine which represents the Heart Chakra. Placing the gemstone at the center point of your chest. (compassion, graciousness, and harmony)
The 5th gemstone is Tiger Eye which represents the Solar Plexus Chakra. Placing the gemstone between the heart and belly button. (self esteem, confidence and willpower)
The 6th gemstone is Amber which represents the Sacral Chakra. Placing the gemstone just below your belly button. (pleasure, creativity and sexuality)
The 7th gemstone is Red Jasper which represents the Root Chakra. Placing the gemstone at the base of the spine. (stability, grounding, and security)
The Root Charka connects us to the earth and the Crown Chakra connects us to the universe. It is said that when all of our chakras points are open and balanced there is an inner peace.
